Awareness on Healthy Lifestyle is a reminder for everyone to live healthier lives. It is not just about eating enough fruits and vegetables but also considering the fact that everything that goes into the body should provide some benefit.   6. Exercise Regularly: Being active physically is an important part of good overall health. There are many forms of exercise and you just need to find one that suits your preferences.
  7. Stop Smoking: Aside fromcancer, there are many other negative health effects from smoking.
  8. Stay Hydrated: This is very important especially when you live in a hot place. You need at least 8 glasses of water a day but this number increases when you sweat a lot due to physical activity or the climate. Limit intake of beverages that can cause dehydration like alcoholic drinks and those that contain caffeine.
